- Yes, removal and disposal can be included. Mention it in your request so it is in the estimate.
- Can you install flooring I already bought?
- Yes. Let us know the product and square footage so we can confirm quantities and any needed underlayment.
- What if there's damage under the old floor?
- We check the subfloor once it is exposed. If there is rot or a soft spot, we show you and price the repair before continuing.
- Do you do hardwood refinishing?
- Refinishing is a specialty trade with dedicated equipment, so we refer that out rather than doing it poorly.
