- What work do you refer out?
- Anything requiring a licensed trade — major electrical, gas, or plumbing rough-in. We tell you before booking, not after we arrive.
- Do I need to buy the materials?
- Either way. If you have already bought the fixtures or hardware, we install them. If not, tell us what you want and we can source it.
- Can you look at several things in one visit?
- Yes, that is the point of the honey-do list service. Send the full list with your estimate request so we schedule enough time.
